The Willows Celebrates First Ofsted Success

We are delighted to share that the Willows have received their first inspection from Ofsted and have been rated “good” across the board. The home has been open since February 2026 and the outcome is testament to all of the hard work that has gone by the team and the managers since it opened.

Inspectors said:

“The child has strong, trusted relationships with staff and feels comfortable in confiding in staff for help. Staff speak warmly and lovingly about the child”. The child commented “we are like one big happy family”.

James Passmore, who is the registered manager said that he is very proud of his team and of his deputy for their trauma informed approach and the support they give to the young people. He said he could not be happier with the result for their first inspection and he is looking forward to developing the home to the next level.
