Lucy loves coming to the groups our ROC Support team run. She loves to come to the self-care group where she has learnt how to wash and dry her hair , how to shop for the ingredients for meals and to cook them , how to paint her nails , how to manage her self-care at home, how to budget and has made some great friendships .
She also comes to the newest group..."Lets keep moving" where she has learnt about health and wellbeing, the benefits of keeping moving and has had a lot of fun in the process!
