This week is #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek, the theme for this year is "My Voice Matters" and children across the country have been dressing up to express themselves.
Helping children with their inner voice is one of the ways we can help improve their mental health. Every child deserves love and happiness and to have caring people around them to help them see how amazing they are.
